    Small greasy spoon type caff in one of Cheltenham's less salubrious neighbourhoods. Which sounds quite negative, but isn't really. The cafe used to be a favourite Saturday breakfast destination, serving a variety of traditional breakfasts and similar, with some interesting Greek variants (Halloumi omelette, for example, which is rather better than it sounds). Sadly, the quality of the cooking dropped off significantly in the past year or so (which seemed to coincide with a change in staffing), and I was served barely-cooked fried eggs and almost-raw chips once too often. Popular with local students and workers at lunchbreaks, so perhaps the quality has improved again more recently?
